The RISE Trust and SIXTHRISE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, referred to as "The RISE", "The Rise", "we", "us", or "our", provide this website and its content to visitors, members, delegates, partners, and other users subject to these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Cancellation & Refund Policy, and any page-specific notices.

By browsing this website, submitting a form, registering for an event, or using any service linked from this website, you agree to comply with these terms.

When you contact us through the website, register for an event, or subscribe to updates, you consent to receive communications electronically. 4. Event Registration and Participation

Registrations for The RISE programs, including the 17th Global Summit of Tamil Entrepreneurs & Professionals scheduled for 12–14 November 2026 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, are subject to availability, eligibility review, payment confirmation, venue rules, visa or travel requirements, and any event-specific instructions issued by the organizers.

Delegate badges, invitations, passes, packages, and benefits are non-transferable unless The RISE confirms otherwise in writing. The RISE may update event schedules, speakers, session formats, venues, and participation guidelines when operationally required.

5. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

Payments, cancellations, substitutions, and refunds are governed by the applicable registration terms and the published Cancellation & Refund Policy. Payment gateway fees, bank charges, currency conversion charges, taxes, and statutory deductions may apply.

6. Use of Personal Information

You acknowledge that The RISE and its authorized affiliates, service providers, and partners may process information submitted by you to provide website services, manage event registrations, communicate updates, support member and delegate engagement, and carry out legitimate organizational operations. 7. Children and Minors

The RISE does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Users under 18 may use this website only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

8. Third-Party Links and Services
