If you cannot attend, you may request substitution of another eligible delegate instead of cancellation. Substitution is not guaranteed and must be approved in writing by The RISE secretariat. Additional documentation, package difference, tax, or administrative charges may apply.
7. Event Changes or Postponement
The RISE may update the event schedule, format, speakers, venue arrangements, or delegate services due to operational, legal, safety, travel, government, or force majeure reasons.

8. Travel, Visa, and Accommodation Costs
The RISE is not responsible for personal travel, visa, insurance, accommodation, exchange-rate loss, or other third-party costs incurred by participants. Delegates are encouraged to book refundable travel and accommodation where possible and to confirm visa requirements before travel.
