Dear participants,

Thank you for your interest in The RISE 14th Global Summit of Tamil Entrepreneurs & Professionals.
We understand unforeseen circumstances may arise, so we've outlined a clear cancellation and refund policy below.
Please read this information carefully before registering for the event, which takes place at the ITC Grand Chola, Chennai on January 9-11, 2025.

Important Note: We strongly encourage avoiding cancellation unless absolutely necessary.
Organizing a large-scale event like this involves significant upfront costs, including venue booking, securing speakers, and government approvals for visas.
Cancellations close to the event date significantly impact our planning and finances.

โ˜‘๏ธ Full Refunds (minus processing fees):

๐Ÿ‘‰ Participants who need to cancel their registration may be eligible for a full refund, minus a processing fee.

๐Ÿ‘‰ To request a full refund, submit a written explanation for your cancellation via email to info@tamilrise.org.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Your refund request will be processed IF received before December 8th, 2024 (30 days prior to the event).

๐Ÿ‘‰ Please note that you will receive a full refund within 30 days of your request being approved.

๐Ÿ‘‰ The processing fee amount will be clearly communicated upon your request.

โ˜‘๏ธ No Refunds After December 8th, 2024:

Due to finalized logistics and commitments, cancellations and refund requests received after December 8th, 2024, will not be accommodated.
