We understand unforeseen circumstances may arise, so we've outlined a clear cancellation and refund policy below. Please read this information carefully before registering for the event, which takes place in *Penang, Malaysia on August 15-17, 2025*.
*Important Note:* We strongly encourage avoiding cancellation unless absolutely necessary. Organizing a large-scale event like this involves significant upfront costs, including venue booking, securing speakers, and government approvals for visas. Cancellations close to the event date significantly impact our planning and finances.
☑️ Full Refunds (minus processing fees):
👉 Participants who need to cancel their registration may be eligible for a full refund, minus a processing fee.
👉 To request a full refund, submit a written explanation for your cancellation via email to *info@tamilrise.org*.
👉 Your refund request will be processed if received *before July 15th, 2025 (30 days prior to the event)*.
👉 Please note that you will receive a full refund within 30 days of your request being approved.
👉 The processing fee amount will be clearly communicated upon your request.

Due to finalized logistics and commitments, cancellations and refund requests received after *July 15th, 2025*, will not be accommodated.
